Why We Built This Site
Wisconsin provides broad public access to many court dockets, yet custody depends on the record. WCCA displays public circuit case information, while the Waushara County Clerk of Circuit Court maintains the clerk-held file. Municipal courts may keep separate local traffic and ordinance records. The Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals use WSCCA. Bringing those distinct routes together helps a reader start with the right custodian and understand when an online event list is not the same thing as a certified record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Wisconsin court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits include:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
